Q: Several customers have had the same concern regarding the design of the emails and the HTML code, specifically with the placeholder ${content.content}. Many of them do not know where specifically to place it within the HTML. Could someone explain a little more in detail where it should be placed?
A: Adding customized HTML designs should only be done by clients with a basic knowledge about web technologies (HTML, CSS). The content placeholder represents everything the client added within the template editor. The content placeholder belongs within the body-tag, but we cannot offer any further advice. It all depends on the design the client wants to create.
